Comparison

How is this different from Salesforce Agentforce or Intercom Fin?

They do the same thing and charge differently. Salesforce Agentforce lists $2 per conversation and Intercom Fin $0.99 per resolution; the OnePeak digital employee is not billed per conversation: it is quoted to fit, with an initial implementation plus a monthly fee, depending on the package, the channels and the volume.

Where we don't win

Salesforce does much more than this

Agentforce lives inside a huge CRM, with permissions, auditing, reporting, and years of integrations. If your company already runs on Salesforce, the right answer is probably Agentforce. This comparison is for someone who does not have that suite and is not going to buy it.

We don't publish a per-conversation price

What they sell is billed per conversation or per resolution; ours is quoted to fit: an initial implementation plus a monthly fee, depending on the package, the channels and the volume. That is why our column has no figure: the math is done in a meeting, with your real volume.

Their prices are list prices, not what a large company actually pays

The figures in this table come from their public pages on 2026-08-24. A company negotiating a large annual contract does not pay list price, just as we quote each company to fit.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Salesforce Agentforce cost?

Salesforce lists three pricing options: credits at $500 per 100,000 (a standard action uses 20, or $0.10), $2 per conversation, or a per-user license starting at $125 a month. Usage is billed separately from the license.

How much does Intercom Fin cost?

Intercom lists $0.99 per resolution, on top of a $49-a-month base plan that includes 50 of them. Qualifying a lead is charged at $9.99. The monthly total depends on how many conversations it resolves, not on a fixed price.

Does Agentforce handle Instagram direct messages?

Instagram direct messages are not listed among Agentforce's native channels in its public documentation as of the date we checked. Web and in-app, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Apple Messages for Business, and LINE do appear on that list.

Do these platforms answer calls in Colombia?

Agentforce Voice has been available since October 2025 through partner carriers and, as of the date we checked, it covers the United States and Canada. OnePeak answers calls on a U.S. line.

When does an enterprise suite make more sense than this?

When the company already runs on that suite's CRM, when enterprise-grade auditing and permissions are needed, or when there is an in-house team that will maintain the implementation. For a business that wants to answer well without an in-house technical team, that project is overkill.
