Seller
One example of what a single Digital Employee does: you define it in your own words and it can do this and more at the same time.
Answers 24/7 · Quotes your catalog · Shares the payment link · Saves every lead
The digital salesperson takes care of anyone who writes to you ready to buy, at any hour, and does not let them go until they have a clear next step: a quote, a payment link or an appointment. It works from your real catalogue and your real prices, not from generalities.
The problem it solves
The one who asks at night buys by day — from someone else
Most people write outside business hours. If nobody replies until tomorrow, by then they have already asked three other places and bought from whoever answered first.
Answering “how much is it?” thirty times a day
The same question, the same price, the same answer. It is the work that eats the most of your team's time and needs the least judgement.
Interested people get lost in the conversation
Someone asks, you answer, they leave — and their name is nowhere. The following week there is no one to write back to.
What it does
- Sells and answers 24/7, no shifts
- Quotes with the prices and stock you upload
- Handles price objections
- Sends your payment link when it is time to charge
- Logs every lead with their contact
- Picks the conversation back up where it left off
How it works
It checks before recommending
It does not improvise: it looks in your catalogue to see what you have, at what price and what alternatives exist, and recommends from that. If something is not there, it says so.
It writes down every interested person
It takes the name and a contact detail naturally, inside the conversation, without turning it into a form.
It closes with a concrete step
Every conversation ends in something: the payment link, the quote or the appointment. Never in a “let me know if you need anything”.
How it sounds: Confident, warm and focused on resolving. It does not pressure: it helps you decide.
A sample conversation
An example of how it handles a chat. It is not a real conversation with any customer.
CustomerHi, do you have the black one in size 40?
SellerHi. Yes, we have it in black, size 40. It is $189,000 COP and it is available today. Would you like to pick it up or have it shipped?
CustomerShipped. How much to Medellín?
SellerShipping to Medellín is $12,000 COP and takes two business days. That would come to $201,000 COP in total. Shall I send you the payment link?
CustomerYes, but do you have anything similar that is cheaper?
SellerYes: the classic one in black is $145,000 COP, same fit, the difference is the sole. I will leave you both and you choose. Whose name should I put the order under?
CustomerCamila Restrepo.
SellerDone, Camila. I will send you the payment link for whichever you choose and confirm the shipping as soon as it is paid.
What it needs from you
- Your catalogue with prices — a PDF, your website or a spreadsheet will do.
- What you want it to do when someone is ready to buy: charge, quote or book.
- Your payment link, if you want it to charge inside the conversation.
What it does NOT do
We say it here so nobody finds out after paying.
- It does not chase anyone who stopped writing. It picks the conversation back up when the person returns, but it does not go looking for anyone on its own.
- It does not invent discounts or conditions. If you did not set up a promotion, it does not exist.
- It does not push someone who already said no.
- It does not promise delivery times or availability you have not given it.
Frequently asked questions
Can the digital salesperson charge inside the conversation?
It shares your payment link when the moment to charge arrives, with the product and the amount already settled. The charge is processed by your own payment provider: we do not touch that money.
Does it quote with my real prices or with approximations?
With yours. Before recommending, it checks what is in your catalogue, at what price and what alternatives exist, and answers from that. If a product is not loaded, it says it does not have it.
Does it write on its own to someone who stopped replying?
No. It picks the conversation back up where it left off when the person writes again, because the chat has memory, but it does not go looking for anyone on its own. Chasing customers is not something it does today.
How much does it cost to have a seller working?
It is quoted to fit, in a meeting: an initial implementation plus a monthly fee, depending on the package, the channels and the volume. You do not pick a role: when you hire it you tell it in your own words to do this, and it can do several things at once.
What does it do when it does not know the answer?
It says so. It does not make things up: it hands the conversation to someone on your team with the full thread, so nobody has to repeat what has already been said. A “let me confirm that” is better than a fact it cannot stand behind.
What information does it answer with?
Your business's: what you upload — catalogue, prices, manuals, your website — and what it learns from your operation. It does not use other customers' data, and when the fact is not there it tells you instead of approximating.
Want your Digital Employee to do this?
When you hire it you tell it in your own words what you want it to do; this is one of the things it can do. You can see it first with a sample built from your own business.
